How to upgrade a ShinyStat™ account
At any time, it is possible to upgrade the subscription to a higher page-views range or service version, by paying the difference in the annual costs of the reference versions, increased by the cost of the service already utilized according to the following formula:
Cost For Highe Version - [Cost of Purchased Version - (Cost of Purchased Version / 365 * Number of days from the Previous activation)]
The new subscription is valid for one year from the date of upgrade activation.
To upgrade the service to a higher page-views range, simply follow the steps below:
- enter username and password to log into the 'My account' section
- click on "Upgrade" in the left menu
- follow the online procedure
Please note
In case of possible exceeding of the monthly page-views limit, it is recommended to upgrade the account as soon as possible in order to avoid the loss of traffic data: once the maximum number of page-views per month is reached, the system it will interrupt data measurement and traffic data exceeding the maximum number of page views per month will be irretrievable.
Version Upgrade
If you wish to upgrade to a higher version of the service, simply follow the steps below:
- enter username and password to log into the 'My account' section
- click on "Upgrade to Pro" or on "Upgrade to Business" in the left menu
- follow the online procedure
