View your reports
Guide for:
You can access your reports via the web from any device connected to the Internet, in the following two ways:
- a) Click on the icon/counter on your site pages (only if the Icon/Counter is visible on the site)
- b) Log into your account from the site www.shinystat.com
In case of an invisible icon/counter, please follow step b).
To proceed:
- Enter username and password to access the dashboard
- Click on the items in the menu on the left to view the reports
In both cases, the password is required only if the "Password protection" option is active in "Settings">"Preferences".
The password is however required for some reports, whose data can be viewed only after logging in.
